So, I am at a stand still right now....I feel like I have not accomplished anything. I have had so much stuff going on the past week I have barely had time to workout. Chris and I bought a puppy and let me tell you that is a job all in it's own. It's like having a child. I am still trucking along and doing okay. I feel like I have nothing to show for all the hard work i have put in to this. Until next time
